MOBILE PHONE NETWORK EXPANSION CONTRACTS IN FUJIAN
November 16, Fujian PTA signed provincial mobile phone network contracts with Beijing Nokia Mobile Telecommunications Ltd., Motorola, and Dong Fang Communications Company allowing for subscriber expansion of 520,000; the contracts are valued at US$189 million. subscribers.
